2018 Florida RV SuperShow

  This is year 2 for us visiting the Florida RV SuperShow. Last year we had a blast and saw so many amazing coaches and trailers. We even picked one out for full-time RV living that we loved. Since then, we have researched, studied and watched many videos about all the various options. Now we know more about what we want, need and do not want which made this years show a game changer.

RV Delivery Day - Lazydays RV Tampa

Today is the day we take delivery of our 2013 Winnebago Minnie 1801fb (Kurmit). Yes, I named it Kurmit and you can probably guess why. We have out outside and inside walk through and then the Blue Ox hitch walk through. After that, we will finally be able to bring it home.

The other day I was surfing around all the RV dealer websites and came across an RV that really peaked my interests. I did some research on it and decided to go take a look at it.

Thrown Another Curveball

When will this end? This week we visited the General RV Center in Dover, Florida which is home to the Thor Palazzo 33.2 that we fell in love with last weekend at the 2017 Florida RV SuperShow.

We spoke to a sales rep who got the general information from us so he knew what we were planning on and looking for. We told him about the Palazzo we saw at the show and explained everything we wanted and didn't want and the necessities that we had to have. Afterwards we hopped on the golf cart and started our way through the lot of hundreds of coaches.

Is This the One?

What an adventure this has been so far. We have looked at so many motor coaches trying to decide what we like, don't like, need and don't need. It seems like every other weekend we are out at another RV dealer checking out the new and used stock, and sometimes returning to view the same coaches again after seeing others.

Our Five Year Plan | Where Do We Want To Be In Five Years

Where do we want to be in five years? This is the question, the big question. There are so many options and directions to go, which road do you choose?

Five years is a long time. Some roads close or change, detours are made and some new roads open up. But we do have a vision and now we need to pick the right road to get there.
